Harleysville Baseball joining Cal Ripken Baseball

At our December, 2006 meeting we discussed and unanimously approved pursuing affiliation with Cal Ripken Baseball for the 2007 season.

This gives us the opportunity to partner with a fast growing national organization, much like Little League.

It also affords our league the added advantages of umpire and coaching certifications, as well as a district, regional, and national play-off system.

Control of the league remains on a local level.

This change only affects our 12 and under Little Lions League.

The Connie Mack program is unchanged for the 13 and over players.
